On American accountants, I have recieved word that:
April 18
RARE ITEM: Interstellar Telescope 1951
10am-11am
RARE ITEM: Exquisite Egyptian Obelisk 4500
Remember this isn't 100% guaranteed. maybe about an 85% chance.

Here's a time zone chart 4 ur convinience:
